Why SIJILL
Clinical records can hold a great deal of information while still making the patient story hard to follow. Notes sit apart from results, tasks sit apart from decisions, and each new clinician may have to rebuild the same context.
SIJILL is being built to keep that context together: the patient record, current work, clinical reasoning and the reference material used around it.

SIJILL was founded by Syed Mohammad Raza Haider, MD. Dr. Haider’s clinical training informs the product’s approach to documentation, workflow and physician usability, with particular attention to how clinicians reconstruct a patient story, coordinate responsibility and work under time pressure.
The company’s product direction starts from a practical premise: the record should support clinical work while it is happening, preserve the reasoning behind decisions and make the current state of the patient easier to understand.

The public website uses the SIJILL Co. corporate mark. The layered S identifies the Sijill clinical product. Keeping the two roles distinct makes the company and the software easy to recognize without turning the app icon into the website logo.
